Mano a mano surge como un juego infantil, en el que dos personas mantienen su manos juntas, esperando ser el más rápido en golpear o en esquivar el golpe. Este simple juego hace las veces de metáfora, de representación de cualquier relación humana que al igual que en el juego deja sus huellas.
